The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where the purpose is secure and reliable operation, and Section 25(2) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act where storage or access is strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by you.
Email signup and downloads
The 7-Day Body Reset form processes the information you submit to provide the requested download. Newsletter consent is a separate, optional choice. The form does not use analytics or advertising cookies. More detail is available in the Privacy Policy.
